Why these spaces matter
For many girls, opportunity begins with being seen, heard, and encouraged. WODEF mentorship spaces help participants reflect on their goals, learn from trusted facilitators, and strengthen the confidence needed to make decisions about school, wellbeing, and future opportunity.
What this looks like in practice
Sessions combine guidance, conversation, and peer encouragement. Rather than relying on one-off inspiration, the work focuses on consistent support that helps girls grow self-belief and practical clarity over time.
What we are learning
Mentorship is most effective when it is rooted in dignity, trust, and local relationships. Girls respond strongly to spaces where they feel safe to speak, ask questions, and imagine a future that feels achievable.
